At Scarfest, we always strive to ensure your complete satisfaction:

• Cash on delivery is fully available, with the option to inspect the product before payment to ensure it matches the photos and specifications.

• You can choose partial delivery if you ordered more than one product.

• If you receive a product that does not match the photos or specifications or has a manufacturing defect, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

• In case an order is refused or not received by the customer, the shipping fees will be charged to the customer.
